Club Card members must always present Club
Cards at time of payment to accumulate points. Points cannot be
added at a later date. It is the member’s responsibility to make
sure points are awarded at time of payment. Not presenting the Club
Card at
time of
purchases made will result in no points for that purchase.
Point errors
must be adjusted day of purchase and not at a later date.
Points awarded or redeemed do not apply to tax or gratuity.
Only
the Club Card member paying the bill may accumulate points. The
Club Card is for individual use and may not be issued under a business
name.
Points are non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be
redeemed for cash.
Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point per $1.00 spent
on food and beverage (not including tax or tip), unless otherwise
promoted or
stated. Visit www.gr8food.net for up to date point value information.
Bearer of Club Card must be 21 years of age, and only one card can
be issued per person.
Employees of Culinary Concepts are not eligible
for participation in
The Club Card program.
Club Card members do not get credit for visits
prior to enrollment.
The Club Card cannot be used with any other discounts
or promotions and is to be used in the Dining Room only.
Points are earned June 1 – May
31.
Points must be redeemed by May 31st. Points do not roll over from
year to year.
If points are not redeemed, Culinary Concepts will automatically
reward a $25 gift card for every 500 points. All left over points
will then
be deleted from your account.
Points can only be redeemed online at www.gr8food.net
or by calling
the Corporate Office at 239.261.3962. Points cannot be redeemed
for rewards at the time of purchase or at the restaurant.
Point balances may be accessed
through www.gr8food.net at any time
by entering your membership ID number, as well as your four digit
passcode.
Culinary Concepts reserves the right to change point value of all
prizes at any time due to inflation, economic conditions or any other
reason
deemed fit.
Benefits and points are awarded at all Culinary Concepts’ restaurants,
unless otherwise promoted or stated.
Culinary Concepts reserves the right
to audit any account anytime, and terminate club membership for
any individual or business for malfeasance,
suspected fraud or any other reason deemed fit.
Membership may be cancelled
after 18 months of inactivity.
Lost cards
may be replaced at $10.00 each by calling the Corporate Office at
239.261.3962.
Culinary Concepts reserves the right to cancel The Club Card program
at any time for any reason without notice.
The Club Card program cannot
be used with any other discounts, promotions, coupons, early dining,
anytime at the bar or happy hour, unless otherwise
promoted or stated.
